Licensed Bonded Insured HEIL Certified 24/7 Dispatch Free Estimates
Every heating call, same playbook

Winter doesn't care that you're busy.

The worst heating failures don't happen at noon on a Wednesday. They happen on the first cold morning of the year, when every HVAC shop in the region is suddenly slammed. Our 24/7 dispatch means you're in the rotation as soon as you call — same number, same posture.

Heat is one of those systems that loses 80% of its problems to one of five components: ignitor, gas valve, control board, capacitor, or thermostat. We diagnose down the list and quote a flat rate before the work starts.

Heating sub-services

From ignitor swaps to whole-system installs.

Gas furnaces

Ignitor, flame sensor, gas valve, blower motor, and control board service. Carbon monoxide testing and combustion-air checks on every call.

Electric furnaces

Heating elements, sequencers, and electrical control diagnostics. Right-sized breaker and wiring verification on every install.

Heat pumps

Defrost cycle, reversing valve, refrigerant pressures, and outdoor coil work. Heat pumps run every season, so they're tuned every season.

Packaged outdoor units

Self-contained units mounted on a slab or rooftop. Great for tight crawl spaces and small commercial buildings. Install, service, and full change-outs.

Furnace change-outs

Right-sized replacement, full duct-fit check, manufacturer warranty registration, and an honest tear-down of what's old vs. worth keeping.

Light commercial heat

Strip-mall retail, restaurants, churches, and small office buildings. Same dispatch posture, same flat-rate quotes, built around small operators.

The 24/7 promise

Zero after-hour fees. Zero weekend fees. Just one number.

The cold snap doesn't pick business hours. Neither does our dispatch line — same number, same flat-rate quote model, day or night.

Heating questions

Before you call.

The furnace lights and then shuts off — what's wrong?

Most often a flame sensor that needs cleaning. Second most often a pressure switch or limit switch tripping on a clogged filter or blocked flue. Both are quick diagnostic calls — we know in minutes, not hours.

Should I replace my heat pump with a furnace or another heat pump?

Depends on your fuel mix, climate exposure, and ductwork. Heat pumps make economic sense for most homes in this region; a dual-fuel setup (heat pump + gas furnace backup) can be even more efficient on the coldest days. We'll walk through both numbers honestly.

How long should a furnace last?

Gas furnaces typically run 15–20 years with annual maintenance. Heat pumps last 12–15. Electric furnaces and packaged units sit in between. Annual tune-ups extend any of them.

Do you handle gas line work?

We connect and service gas appliances on existing service. New gas main runs go to a licensed gas contractor; we coordinate the work and verify the connection at install.

Do you do annual heating tune-ups?

Yes — and they're the cheapest way to avoid a no-heat call during a January cold snap. Ask about combining heating + cooling tune-ups into a maintenance plan.
