Ductless mini-split install

What's actually in a $69 AC tune-up?

A full cooling-system inspection: filter check, evaporator and condenser coils, refrigerant pressures, electrical components, condensate drain, blower motor, and airflow at the registers. Most small problems get caught at the tune-up before they turn into a no-cool callout.

Repair or replace — how do you decide?

Three factors: age of the system, cost of the repair vs. cost of a new install, and refrigerant type. R-22 systems past 12 years usually pencil out as replacement; newer R-410A systems are almost always worth repairing. We'll walk you through both numbers honestly.

Do you install ductless mini-splits?

Yes — single- and multi-zone. Great fit for additions, sun rooms, garages, in-law suites, or any space the central system can't reach. We install the major manufacturers and back the work.

Do you offer financing on new installs?

No — we keep payment simple with cash, card, and check. If the cost needs to be timed around your budget, we'll talk it through up front.
